Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Jambops (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to them.
AnilA Studio is a trading name of Alina Podliesna, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine.
1. The Game Is Free
Jambops is free to download and play. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no virtual currency that can be bought with money. We never ask you for payment and we never ask for payment card details.
The Game is distributed through app stores. Downloading and installing it is governed by the terms of the store you use, in addition to these Terms.
2. Licence and Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with applicable law and the rules of the store you obtained it from.
3. What You Agree Not to Do
- modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game, except to the extent that applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
- use the Game in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Game.
4. Advertising
The current version of the Game contains no advertising. We intend to introduce advertising provided by Google AdMob in a future version. When we do, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before releasing that version, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. Health Warning
The Game contains flashing lights, animated effects, and fast-moving visuals. A small number of people may experience discomfort, dizziness, loss of awareness, or seizures when exposed to certain flashing lights or visual patterns. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately if you feel any symptoms and seek medical advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its artwork, characters, music, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to AnilA Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you the right to play the Game, not ownership of it.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of the Game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law of your country gives you.
8. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. We may also update these Terms going forward; material changes will be marked by a new effective date on this page. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
10. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms of the store you obtained the Game from, form the agreement between us. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
